Recently we completed a renovation of the Game Supply website. This was in large part due to the changes implemented for Mists of Pandaria regarding account wide achievements.
As a player-this is an awesome change. As owner of TGS-not so much. This prompted a complete revamp of the entire website for the second time within a year.
Our process for selling WoW Accounts changed dramatically. This was largely an effort by our staff to streamline the process making the sales experience a more pleasant one for users and provide all of the information necessary to make an informed decision when selling.
The first piece of information available are the basic requirements to sell an account to us and a step by step guide to our sales process. Also included are quick links to live chat and phone support.
We’ve integrated everything into user account based support. Facebook integrated registration/log-in and easy to fill out form to input basic user information as well as account highlights.
The more information entered here the better your quote will be. Detailed account information assists us in easily determining if this is account we would like to purchase and enables us to provide you with the most accurate quote for the current market.
We are currently integrating Diablo 3 into this process as well. Entering your Battletag ID will generate displays of your Diablo 3 heroes to be taken into account when selling your Battle.net account.
Entering character armories could not be easier. Simply input your character(s) name and server on the following page.
All characters on your Battle.net account can be added. For each character on your Battle.net account a detailed armory will be created and can be previewed on this page.
Need to edit your submission to add more characters or provide more detailed information? Not a problem! Simply head here: http://www.tgs.net/accounts/ and click “Edit Characters” to update armories, add more characters, or add off-set information. To edit the account description click “Update Account info” and edit this as shown below.
